Over 35 years, I've built and led businesses across telecom, insurance, banking, internet services, and digital media — as VP, COO, CEO, and strategy consultant. I founded, grew, and sold my own telecom company. That experience gave me something no course can: hard-won, real-world judgment about what actually works.

Now I'm putting it to work for you. My goal is to help you solve problems and sharpen your end-to-end management practices so you can grow faster, more efficiently, and with less hair loss than you thought possible. Retirement is technically on the table — but nothing gives me more joy than helping driven people build something great.
